Who Am I Really?
I’m a guy who used to be fat, so fat, I even once broke my scales, that’s when I decided I didn’t want to be a fat looser who got out of breath walking down the road, I searched and tried many many diets, and nothing worked, until I met a guy called ‘[redacted]’ who showed me the real way, the way I am going to show you, the way to actually lose weight and keep it off.
Unlike me [redacted] was never the fat guy, he had always been a jock due to situation, not always a popular good looking one but a jock none the less but i have a lot to thank him for.
He taught me allot of the basic principles i am going to teach you, the same principles i use to this day, because they work, it doesn’t matter how advanced you are they work, and i transformed myself into a toned ripped monster, you don’t have to go that far, you can just tone up and loose the pounds, it doesn’t matter.
I have been helping people in the gym and now want to take things to the next level, the fitness jerk way.
